 "Bahasha Kasha" a Swahili word which directly translates to safe envelope - is a custom made 250gm secure envelope that can package documents being shipped within the country.

Note: The envelope is strictly for documents only. 

(II )EMS “Same Day”

This service is offered within Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kakamega, Nyeri, Embu, Meru and Machakos. The items must be posted by 1pm to be delivered on the same day. Maximum acceptable weight is 50kg.

(IV)EMS BULK RATE

 Bulky shipment over  2000 kg per month qualifies for bulk rate. This is a flat rate across the board to any destination irrespective of the zone. The first 20kg @kshs.200. Each additional kg or part thereof  @ kshs. 25.

(VI)EMS “Customized”

This is a special service for bulky items which takes up to 7 days to convey.

This is a specialized  EMS service tailored to suit EMS customer's specific needs like moving household goods, office equipments, bulky purchased goods etc from one location to another within the country. EMS courier will pick the goods from wherever they are and deliver them to the agreed location.

Certain packages may have a greater volume than their actual weight.These packages are large and take up space yet are relatively lightweight.In this case, as per IATA standards,the shipping costs are calculated by the volumetric space they take up.Rates are based on total actual weight or total volumetric weight whichever is greater.Volumetric weight is calculated as follows:
